Return PolicyAll Halvorsen Knits sweater products are offered as part of our final atelier clearance at significantly reduced prices. As such, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on sale items.Due to the nature of high-quality knitwear, each sweater develops its own unique character and softness over time. For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or handled.
Damaged or Defective ItemsIf your sweater arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Contact us at hello@halvorsenknits.com with a photo of the issue and we will send you a replacement at no cost.
Wrong Item ReceivedIf you have received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@halvorsenknits.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Cancel Your OrderYou have 30 minutes to cancel your order after placing it. After this period, your order has already entered our fulfillment process and can no longer be cancelled. To cancel, send an email to hello@halvorsenknits.com within the first 30 minutes.
